At 2lc Bakery, we require a minimum of 2 weeks notice for all custom cakes, cupcakes, dessert bars, dessert carts, and specialty event orders. If an order is requested within 7 days of the event date, it will be considered a rush order and will incur a non-refundable $75 rush fee.

When placing an order with 2lc Bakery, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date for custom orders, or by the due date on the invoice. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may receive a credit toward a future order at our discretion. However, cancellations within 7 days will forfeit the deposit. Additionally, we do not offer refunds for completed custom products.

Yes, we offer delivery for custom and tiered cakes starting at $50 locally, depending on location, setup needs, and delivery time. Delivery is highly encouraged for tiered and specialty cakes. Customers can also choose to pick up their orders, but they assume responsibility for transportation, handling, storage, and condition once the desserts leave our possession.

**How does 2lc Bakery handle allergy and food information?**

Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens. We ask customers to notify us of any allergy concerns when placing the order to ensure their safety.
