Our daily, bite-sized video lessons and classroom resources empower teachers, students, and families to nurture calm, focus, and self-awareness—one fun practice at a time. Uniquely developed to be used by teachers during class transitions, Recess Reset seamlessly integrates life skills development into the school day while meeting the needs and time constraints teachers have. Families can use Recess Reset at home as a homework, settling down, or bedtime routine.
