    Tails Of Hope is a foster-based, non-profit animal rescue dedicated to saving and improving animal lives in our community. We provide comprehensive trap, transfer, veterinary care, foster, and homing services for animals in need. Since our founding, we’ve helped rescue, treat, and place several animals into loving homes, reducing stray populations and making a meaningful difference in animal welfare across North Dakota.
