**How do I prepare for my first Brazilian wax at Hairoineaddicts?**

We recommend that you allow your hair to grow at least a quarter of an inch before your appointment. This is about the length of a grain of rice, which allows the wax to grip the hair effectively. Avoid exfoliating the area for a couple of days before your appointment to prevent irritation. Lastly, come in comfortable clothes to ensure you remain comfortable after your appointment.

**What is Hairoineaddicts' cancellation policy?**

Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours before the appointment time. If a client cancels within 24 hours or is a no-show, a $20 inconvenience/cancellation fee will be charged. If a client cannot arrive within the 10-minute grace period for standard appointments or the 5-minute grace period for 15-minute appointments, the appointment must be rescheduled.
