**How many massages do I need for optimal results?**

We recommend a total of 10 massages for optimal results. We offer post-op maintenance packages which include these 10 sessions, specially designed for your recovery and to enhance your results.

**When should I start post-op massages?**

We recommend starting post-op massages after 5 incisional drainage massages following surgery, if possible. However, you can start as soon as 3 days post-op even if you haven't had these massages yet. We're always available to discuss your individual needs and circumstances.

**Do you provide services to men?**

Absolutely, we welcome clients of all genders. Our services, including post-op care and body contouring support, are available to men as well.

**Are your services mobile or do you have a physical location?**

We are a mobile massage therapy service based in Pittsburgh, PA. We do not have a physical spa location and all our services are offered at a location convenient to you.
