We revive essential skills for a healthy democracy. Our 3-month fellowship equips employees with interpersonal and civic skills to navigate challenges in workplaces and neighborhoods, bridging professional and civic life. The program has three phases: Link (build trust), Learn (train in civic and interpersonal skills), and Lead (apply those skills). Fellows lead events to strengthen social cohesion and create lasting value at work and in their communities.
