Founded in 2024, and led by Black teaching artist Quaniqua Williams, A.R.T Out Loud promotes literacy and engages in explorations of identity, resilience and self-determination for K-5 students in the Pacific Northwest, adults in Sierra Leone, as well as hundreds of youth and adults of all ages. ART Out Loud teaching artists lead expressive arts programs that create shared artistic experiences through themes of social-emotional learning, well-being, and historical awareness of culture.
