**What services does A's Cleaners offer?**

A's Cleaners offers premium, eco-friendly garment care. Our services include alterations such as hemming, zipper repair or replacement, and tapering. We also provide dry cleaning and laundry services. In addition, we offer stain/spot treatment and garment restoration guidance. For customers' convenience, we also provide pickup and delivery services within 5 miles of Pasadena.

**What sets A's Cleaners apart from other cleaning services?**

A's Cleaners differentiates itself by focusing on premium quality and customer experience. We use eco-friendly products and modern techniques to protect the fabric integrity of your garments. We approach garment care with a restoration mindset, not just basic cleaning. This means we prioritize the longevity and quality of your garments.

**How does the pricing and quotes policy work at A's Cleaners?**

At A's Cleaners, we do not present a fixed public price list. Instead, we use a quote-based approach, where pricing depends on the garment type, fabric, condition, and the work needed. When you ask “How much?”, we'll collect the minimum details needed and explain that we’ll provide a quote quickly via email. Our aim is to respond to quote requests within 1 day.

**What is A's Cleaners' pickup and delivery policy?**

A's Cleaners offers pickup & delivery within 5 miles of Pasadena. This service is free for orders of $20 or more. If the order is under $20, we'll explain that it does not qualify for free pickup/delivery and offer options such as adding items to meet the minimum or dropping off at our location.

**What is the turnaround time for services at A's Cleaners?**

The turnaround time at A's Cleaners depends on the item type and current volume. Once you share your deadline, we can confirm what's possible. We strive to provide a quick and efficient service, but we do not guarantee same-day/next-day service unless explicitly provided by the owner.
