**What services does Aba Connection, LLC provide?**

We offer a range of services for families impacted by autism and developmental disabilities. These include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, clinic-based ABA programs, parent training and caregiver coaching, behavior assessments, and readiness/needs screening. We also provide guidance on service settings, whether that's at home, in a clinic, or at school, and we offer intake support, taking into account insurance details, including Medicaid and private pay.

**How can I get started with your ABA services?**

You can start by reaching out to us either by calling us at (904) 201-9129 or emailing us at referrals@abaconnection.com. We'll collect some necessary information gradually, such as the parent/guardian name, the child's age, location, insurance type, main concerns or goals, preferred service setting, current availability for services, and any other relevant notes you want us to know.

**Do you accept insurance?**

Yes, we accept a variety of insurance plans including Aetna, Cigna, Medicaid, Tricare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Step Up Empowerment Scholarship, Sunshine Health, and also Private Pay. If your plan is not listed, we invite you to call or email us with your plan details as coverage may vary.

**Do you have a waitlist?**

Yes, we do have a waitlist. The current estimates are approximately 3–6 months wait for clinic-based hours from 9am–3pm, at least an 8-month wait for in-clinic hours after 3pm. For most school-based and home-based services, the wait time is currently unknown. However, these timelines can change, so we recommend reaching out to us for the most current availability.

**Do you have a minimum hours requirement for services?**

Yes, for those beginning services, clients must be available for at least 10 hours of services per week, not including weekends. If a visitor cannot meet this, we respond compassionately, offer parent training as an option if appropriate, and suggest they still contact us to discuss what’s possible.
