About

Aflo Health provides comprehensive, evidence-based education on puberty, menstrual and sexual health to adolescent girls of color.  Our goal is to build self-esteem and confidence in Black females, with the aim of dismantling the sociocultural standards of beauty that have been subconsciously ingrained in them. By doing so, we hope to help girls develop resilience and enhance their coping skills to facilitate healthy decision-making, self-advocacy and perseverance through adversity.
