Aho Healing Arts is a holistic wellness studio offering emotional release, energy healing, and spiritual alignment. Through our signature modality, Transpersonal Somatic Therapy™, as well as Reiki, bodywork, sound healing, and sacred events, we help individuals clear blockages, restore balance, and reconnect with their purpose. Based in Plano, TX, we also offer training, community ceremonies, and holistic tools for healing the mind, body, and spirit.
