**What products and services does All About Technology offer?**

All About Technology is a Detroit-based retail electronics store and tech service counter. We offer affordable, high-quality computer hardware, software, accessories, and expert technical services. These services include repairs, troubleshooting, upgrades, compatibility checks, and guidance on whether to repair or replace your tech. We also provide common repair services for laptops, desktops, and tablets, such as screen replacement, virus removal, and data transfer.

**What is the process for tech repairs and services at All About Technology?**

When you bring your device to our store for repair or service, we first collect information about the symptoms, timelines, and what you should bring with you. A non-refundable diagnostic fee of $40 is required. However, this fee is applied toward the repair cost if you proceed with the repair. Our typical turnaround time is from the same day to 3 days, although it varies by device, parts, and diagnosis.

**What are the store policies at All About Technology?**

At All About Technology, all sales are final with no returns or refunds. Exchanges are allowed only within 3 days if the item is defective and is accompanied by the original receipt. There's a 20% restocking fee for exchanges. For warranty, used items are sold “as is, where is.” Refurbished computers come with a 6-month warranty excluding software viruses and physical damage. New items come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
