American Jobs Factory is a revolutionary 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to transforming the workplace. Our mission: end poverty by creating 500,000 jobs through 50 worker-owned companies where people matter more than corporate profits. Workers will own 75% of their companies, benefit from a 4-day workweek, and receive transparent, fair compensation. Our goal is to spark $250 billion in annual revenue while fundamentally reshaping economic opportunity in America.
