Our 8-week CNC Workforce Training Program is designed to take individuals from little to no experience to job-ready in the manufacturing industry. This hands-on program focuses on CNC machining, Mastercam programming, blueprint reading, and real-world production skills aligned with industry standards.

In addition to technical training, participants receive career readiness support including resume development, interview preparation, and salary negotiation strategies to ensure successful job placement in high-paying roles.
