Azabu Foods is a Navy veteran-founded brand bringing bold Japanese flavor to the U.S. through authentic gyoza and versatile, gluten-free umami condiments. Our flagship, Umami Everything, is made in Japan with smoky tamari, yuzu, and sansho. It’s clean-label, deeply savory, and perfect on everything from noodles to pizza. After selling out four times in LA, we’re launching across Southern California and the Pacific Northwest, building toward national retail and foodservice.
