Babes of Wellness is California’s first queer-inclusive, all-women’s wellness gym founded in Compton by Katalina Novoa. More than a gym, it’s a movement blending strength training, yoga, Pilates, and mindfulness to empower women of all ages and bodies. Rooted in community and culture, Babes redefines wellness as accessible, inclusive, and transformative where every woman feels seen, strong, and supported.
