Ballroom Scouts is a nonprofit that supports the ballroom community through cultural preservation, workforce development, and wellness initiatives. We reinvest in our scene with unique programs like the Kiki Scene Yearbook, the Pay It Forward Fund, and financial and career building workshops integrated into events empowering individuals to thrive both on and off the floor.
