**What makes Baskets Express different from other gift basket companies?**

At Baskets Express, we pride ourselves in creating truly unique, personalized baskets for every occasion. Each basket is a one-of-a-kind creation, tailored to the customer's wishes, recipient's interests, and event theme. We never use generic templates or fixed price lists – every order is custom-made, ensuring no two baskets are alike.

**How can I order a custom gift basket from Baskets Express?**

You can easily order a custom gift basket from us through various methods. The preferred method is via our website contact form, available at http://www.oneofakindgiftbaskets.com. You can also reach us via email at basketsexpress@ymail.com. We'll need details such as your name, email, phone number, recipient details, your budget, and the type of basket or theme you desire.

**What details do you need for creating a personalized gift basket?**

For creating a personalized gift basket, we require some specific details. These include recipient details (who the basket is for), the occasion or theme, color preferences, specific treats or items the recipient loves, any dislikes or allergies, your budget range, and the timeline for when you need the basket ready. We also need to know your delivery or shipping preference, whether it's local to Atlanta or nationwide.

**What is your policy regarding refunds and returns?**

At Baskets Express, all sales are final and payment is required upfront. Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds. If you have any concerns about your order, we encourage you to communicate with us directly so we can ensure your complete satisfaction.

**What is your turnaround time for custom baskets?**

Our typical turnaround time for creating custom baskets is 3–5 days. However, this may vary depending on the complexity of the order and the time of year. We always strive to deliver your unique, personalized gift basket in a timely manner while maintaining our high standards of quality.
