**What is the mission of IronAcre LLC?**

IronAcre LLC is a housing builder based in rural Alabama, specializing in affordable, spacious barndominiums and container homes on 3–4 acre parcels. Our mission is to provide sustainable homes with enough land for families to thrive, garden, and build self-sufficiency.

**What is unique about IronAcre LLC's offerings?**

Our offerings are unique because of our multi-generation construction expertise, focus on larger-family-friendly layouts with 4–5 bedrooms, and rural parcels with usable land. We control costs through in-house trades to reduce subcontracting. Our integrity and community impact focus sets us apart, along with our focus on a largely untapped niche in Alabama with strong demand.

**What is IronAcre LLC's Phase 1 development project?**

Phase 1 development is a 20-acre / 5-home project. The goal is to launch and complete this initial phase, which establishes a repeatable model. The funding target for this phase is $100,000 and we are halfway to this goal. Once achieved, the funds will be used for acquiring work trailers and additional tools, property funding, and purchasing components/materials for our homes.

**What are the primary goals of IronAcre LLC?**

Our primary goal is to encourage visitors to Request a Grant Packet via our website. Success to us means a qualified grant contact submits the request and we can follow up with the right materials and next steps. Our secondary goal is to explain our funding use, timeline, and community impact in plain language, pre-qualify fit, and route serious partners to the next step.

**How can I get in contact with IronAcre LLC?**

The preferred method of contact is through our website form at https://ironacre.skipsites.com/ where you can Request a Grant Packet. If you can't use the website, we will collect your details in-chat and follow up. We need your name, organization/program name, email, and phone (optional), among other details for qualification and follow-up.
