I support individuals, groups, teams and companies navigating change via holistic wellness and health practices. We grow physically, mentally and spiritually via life coaching, wellness and health education, personal and group fitness programming, aquatics, yoga and more. I offer advanced guidance and utilize Reiki, mindfulness, meditation and other healing modalities to foster balance, self awareness, and healing into the lives of my clients as dictated by their needs and goals.
