Our mission is to build fair, democratic businesses that serve the community and provide a replicable model for transitioning conventional businesses into fully worker-owned cooperatives. We believe economic systems should serve people—not just profits—and we’re testing that belief in the real world every day. Beanchain also serves as an incubator for future cooperatives and a hub for local education, mutual aid, and economic empowerment.
