A deposit is required at booking and is credited toward the appointment fee. The deposit amount varies depending on the service booked. Rescheduling or cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the appointment. If cancelled or rescheduled 24+ hours prior, the deposit is refunded or applied to a new appointment. If less notice is given, the deposit is kept as a cancellation fee. If a customer is unhappy with the service, we offer a money-back guarantee as long as we are notified within 24 hours of the service. After a refund is issued, the customer will not be able to book again.
