We specialize in transitional housing, re-entry support, financial literacy, and community resource connections. Our offerings include shared rooms or family units with all-inclusive utilities, community resource connections, financial literacy help, ongoing support, and a welcome kit for all new arrivals.

**Who qualifies for your housing program?**

Our housing program is tailored for individuals returning from prison with a guaranteed income, veterans, and families in transition or facing hardship. We prioritize providing dignity and support throughout the transition process.

**How can I apply for housing?**

You can apply for housing by contacting us, preferably by phone. We'll collect information including your name, phone number, nature of charges, total monthly income, number of people in your household, and your reason for inquiry or story. You can also provide this information online and request a callback.

**What's included in the rent for residents?**

The all-inclusive rent of $800–$1000 per person includes a safe, stable housing unit, utilities such as Wi-Fi, landline, cable/satellite, power, water, and trash, as well as community resource connections and financial literacy help. Additionally, all new arrivals receive a welcome kit with toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other basics.

**What's the rent policy for new residents?**

For returning citizens, we offer a move-in special of 2 weeks free, then only half month’s rent owed in the first 30 days. This half can be paid in up to 6 installments. We are flexible with those re-entering society as benefits resume. We respect privacy and are nonjudgmental, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.
