**How does the booking process work?**

To book an appointment, text “Book” to 773-909-4013 with the service you want, your preferred date/time, and your Houston area/ZIP. We will then confirm availability, travel fee, and your deposit amount. A deposit and travel fee are required at the time of booking.

**What are the travel fees for the mobile services?**

Our travel fees depend on your location. For areas within Houston city, the travel fee is $25. For surrounding areas, the travel fee is $50. We’ll confirm the correct travel fee when you text “Book.”

One reschedule is allowed with 24+ hours notice, and your deposit will transfer to the new date. If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancelling, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook. There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee may apply, and after 20 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled as a no-show, resulting in the forfeiture of the deposit.
