**What is the primary role and mission of BlackCatalyst100 LC?**

BlackCatalyst100 LC. is a social impact engine that transforms underserved communities through trauma-informed mentorship, violence prevention, and cultural advocacy. By developing leadership pipelines, mental wellness education programs, and economic pathways, we aim to empower families, youth, and returning citizens. Our approach is grounded in trauma-informed and culturally sensitive practices, guided by lived experiences. Our flagship movement is L.E.T.S Stop the Violence NOW.

**What are the key offerings of BlackCatalyst100 LC?**

We offer a 90-Day Prevention Pilot which includes 12 weeks of trauma-informed mentorship and leadership development. This involves 8 sessions, 4 staff trainings, and pre/post surveys. We also provide a Phase 1 Course Bundle that includes 10 courses and 10 worksheets covering various topics such as mental health, legal rights, entrepreneurship, leadership, cultural history, reentry, and more. Additionally, we offer sponsorship tiers for allies, strategic partners, and legacy sponsors with co-branded programming and impact reporting.

**How can one support the mission of BlackCatalyst100 LC?**

Support can be provided through donations via our PayPal donation link, enrolling in our Phase 1 course bundle, or by becoming a sponsor. Our sponsorship tiers include Ally ($1k–$5k), Strategic ($5k–$25k), and Legacy ($25k–$100k), each offering different levels of co-branded programming and impact reporting.

**What differentiates BlackCatalyst100 LC from other similar initiatives?**

Our approach is unique as we employ a trauma-informed, culturally grounded method led by lived experience. We offer clear program pathways across mentorship, leadership development, mental wellness, legal literacy, and economic mobility. Our flagship movement, L.E.T.S Stop the Violence NOW, is a testament to our commitment to community transformation. A key proof point of our impact is the mobilization of 150–250 people at Rex Park, GA on May 18, 2024.

**What policies govern donations and purchases made to BlackCatalyst100 LC?**

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law or payment processor policy. Course access terms, sponsorship contracts, and program scopes are confirmed during checkout or via a written agreement. While we provide legal education, we never promise legal advice; we encourage consulting a qualified attorney for personal legal matters.
