We specialize in creating high-quality custom apparel like t-shirts, hoodies, and crewnecks, drinkware such as tumblers, can cups, and mugs, decals for cars, windows, cups, and more, as well as personalized gifts and small goods. We welcome both individual and group/bulk orders.

**How do I place an order with Blush & Bold Designs?**

To place an order, we need some information from you including your name, contact details, the type and quantity of product you want, any design/theme/wording/colors you have in mind (you can also provide a reference image if available), the sizes and colors you prefer for apparel, the style and size for drinkware, your deadline, and whether you will pick up your order or need it shipped within the US. If you have a budget in mind, you can share that as well, and any personalization notes like specific names or spelling.

**What is the order approval and production process?**

Once we have all the details for your order, Jasmine will review and send you a mockup for approval. We require payment before production starts. For bulk/group orders, a non-refundable deposit is needed with the balance due after mockup approval and before production. Please note that no order is official until Jasmine approves all details and payment/deposit is received.

**What is the typical turnaround for orders?**

The typical turnaround is 5–10 business days after mockup approval and payment for regular orders, and 10–14 business days for bulk orders. However, the exact timing is always confirmed by Jasmine for each order.

**What is your policy on changes and refunds?**

Changes after mockup approval may require an additional fee or restarting the order. All sales are final after production begins unless there is an error on our part. Any changes, refunds or guarantees are always deferred to Jasmine for final decision.
