Boxing Strong

Boxing Strong® is a woman-owned fitness facility offering non-contact boxing classes that support physical, social, and emotional development—especially for children with developmental disabilities. As the first therapeutic boxing program in Monterey County, we create a safe, structured, and empowering environment where all kids can build confidence, coordination, and strength. We partner with families, schools, and regional centers to make inclusive fitness accessible to all.
