Breakthrough Learning KCenter (B.L.K.) is a an Indigenous and African American-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit rooted in Oakland & Alameda County CA, committed to closing educational economic equity gaps through culturally responsive programming, workforce training, and community empowerment. We serve youth ages 13–25 with tech bootcamps, financial literacy workshops, career readiness programs, and restorative justice practices that support lifelong learning. ________________________________________
