Menstrual Cycle Coaching
Through educational Sessions, monthly, or 3 month coaching packages, I help clients relearn what they know about their cycle and how to best support it for the highest quality of life. Through virtual calls, voice and text-based coaching, clients learn to track their menstrual cycle phases and understand how shifting hormones affect their energy, mood, sleep, and capacity throughout the month. From there, we build personalized strategies using nervous system regulation, cycle-phase awareness, and trauma-informed tools so they can work with their body's patterns rather than against them. The work goes deeper than physical support and addresses the way their symptoms have impacted their relationship to self, to others, and to their ambitions. Clients walk away understanding their bodies in a way that changes how they make decisions about their health, relationships, and daily life.
