Our regular operating hours are from 6:00am to 2:00pm. As a single-driver operation, availability depends on the schedule, time windows, and route. We can handle up to approximately 10 deliveries per day. However, we never promise availability until the time window and locations are known.

When our schedule is tight, we prioritize bookings in the following order: Medical/specimen transport, court filings/legal deadlines, repeat customers, existing scheduled/recurring business routes, rush/urgent same-day deliveries, and standard same-day and non-urgent deliveries.

Our pricing is based on the exact prices provided and does not invent rates. The mileage tiers are based on round-trip mileage, and when a customer provides/estimates round-trip miles, it is rounded up to the nearest whole mile for tier selection and long-distance calculations. For same-day deliveries, we ask whether it is standard same-day or rush/urgent. We always ask about add-ons and itemize them.

**What is the cancellation & rescheduling policy at Bt Quick Courier Services?**

If a customer cancels with more than 2 hours' notice, there is no fee. However, if a customer cancels within 2 hours, a $20 cancellation fee is applied. If the driver is en route or has arrived, we may charge the full base rate plus wait time. Rescheduling with over 2 hours' notice incurs no fee, but rescheduling within 2 hours incurs a $15 fee. These fees may be waived in the case of severe weather or true emergencies.
