**What kind of apparel does Butterfly Creations LLC offer?**

Butterfly Creations LLC offers advocacy T-shirts and hoodies & sweatshirts. The purpose-driven apparel is designed to spark conversations and raise awareness for domestic violence survivors, mental health, and disability communities.

**How can I choose the right size and fit for my order?**

If you're considering a specific item, you can share your preferred fit (fitted, regular, or oversized) and the size you usually wear in similar brands. We can then provide you with guidance to help make your selection. Remember, the fit can be either fitted or relaxed based on your preference.

**What should I expect in terms of shipping and delivery?**

Our products are fulfilled on-demand, so the processing and fulfillment time plus shipping time can vary by product and destination. We encourage you to order early if you have a specific deadline.

**What is Butterfly Creations LLC's return and exchange policy?**

We follow basic Printful norms for returns and exchanges. These are typically supported for defective, misprinted, or damaged items, or issues attributable to fulfillment. Size exchanges may be limited depending on circumstances. If you encounter an issue, please provide us with your order number, details of what went wrong, and photos if there was a damage or print issue, then direct your concerns to our email support.

**How can I get in touch with customer support if I have any issues or queries?**
