**What is the process of ordering custom jewelry from C&C Custom Accessories?**

At C&C Custom Accessories, we make the process of ordering a custom piece of jewelry or accessory as simple as possible. The first step is to visit our public listing page and click on "Request a Custom Order". Here, you can provide us with specific details about the item you want, such as the type (necklace, bracelet, etc.), style, personalization details, size, and budget. After we review the request, we will provide you with a quote for your custom piece.

**What are the payment policies for a custom order?**

Custom orders require a 25% deposit to start the order, and this deposit is non-refundable as the items are made-to-order. Changes are allowed any time before we start making the item, but please note that changes may affect the final price and delivery timeline. The remaining 75% of the payment is due 3 days before the item is scheduled to ship.

**What is the typical turnaround time for a custom order?**

Our standard production time for most orders is 5-7 business days after the deposit and design details are confirmed. This timeline might vary depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload.

**What are the shipping policies and options available?**

We offer free shipping on orders over $30. For orders under $30, the typical shipping cost estimate is between $5-$8, but the final shipping cost may vary based on item size, weight, and destination. We use USPS as our shipping carrier. Local pickup is also available for local customers by arrangement.

**Can I request gift-ready packaging for my order?**

Absolutely, we offer gift-ready packaging upon request at no extra charge. Please let us know if you'd like a gift note included or if you have any preferred colors or theme for the packaging.
