**What is bodywork therapy?**
Bodywork therapy is a collective term that refers to various hands-on, movement-based, and mind-body techniques designed to aid structure, function, and healing. This encompasses regulated healthcare like chiropractic, physical therapy, and occupational therapy, integrative therapies such as massage, reflexology, acupressure, and movement/somatic education like yoga, Feldenkrais, as well as trauma-informed approaches like Somatic Trauma Release.

**Is Integrative Bodywork the same as massage therapy?**
While massage therapy primarily focuses on muscle relaxation, Integrative Bodywork, our specialty, merges nervous system, fascia, organ, and energetic work to address underlying patterns and trauma. This offers breakthroughs for clients who may not see results with traditional massage therapy.

**Do you accept health insurance?**
Currently, we do not accept health insurance. However, we do accept auto insurance claims for motor vehicle accidents. If you are not at fault, sessions are often covered fully. We recommend reaching out for guidance on your specific coverage or claim.

**What should I wear for a session?**
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that allow for easy movement. Unlike massage therapy, there is no need to undress for our sessions. Your comfort and ease of movement are our top priorities.

**What is the minimum age for sessions?**
We accept clients aged three years and up. If you have pediatric or unique cases, we encourage you to inquire directly with us.

We provide advanced bodywork to help transform pain, stress, anxiety, & trauma.
