Casa Del Pollo: Mission, Vision, and Core Values Mission Statement Casa Del Pollo was created to honor the rich culinary traditions of my parents — my mother, a proud Black woman with soul in her recipes, and my father, a passionate Hispanic man who brought flavor to every meal. Their love for cooking inspired me to build a space that celebrates both cultures through food.We are more than just a takeout restaurant — we are a movement in the heart of the community.
