ChildLight Education Company, founded in 2005, is dedicated to sharing yoga, mindfulness, and additional wellness modalities with people of all ages and abilities. Our certification programs include evidence-based SEL, mental health strategies, and trauma-informed trainings, classes, and curricula. We envision a future where everyone has the tools to navigate life’s challenges in healthy ways.
