A full unit inspection with all electrical  circuitry, mechanical operations, and refrigeration levels fully recorded and diagnosed.

Equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting

Filter change,  indoor/ outdoor coil cleaning, and mechanical component lubrication, with fuse and  belt replacement.

Any mechanical/ electrical component replacement will be billed at our hourly rate of $60,  plus the applicable component cost.
