chin lan is a destination restaurant that fuses the ancient traditions of Taiwanese & Northern Chinese food with modern techniques. At chin lan, sustainability and inclusivity are central to our mission. Located in the Hudson Valley, chin lan will follow 23 micro seasons, sourcing wild and hyperlocal, supporting farms that also champion the land and labor. We operate on a no-tipping policy, offer full time pay & benefits, and employ individuals from BIPOC and vulnerable communities.
