**What services does Clifton Resurface & Contracting offer?**

We specialize in high-quality resurfacing services including bathtub resurfacing and countertop resurfacing. We also offer make-ready improvements for rental turnovers, providing practical repairs and touch-ups to get units rent-ready fast.

**What is the difference between resurfacing and replacing?**

Resurfacing is an affordable alternative to replacement. For instance, we can restore worn tubs and refresh dated countertops for a modern finish at a lower cost and less downtime than full replacements. It's a great way to update your property without the hassle and expense of a complete renovation.

**How does the booking process work with Clifton Resurface & Contracting?**

To book a service with us, you can call or text us at 470-456-2017 for a free estimate. We’ll ask you for some details about the job, such as the property location, the type of service required, and the urgency of the project. Once we have all the necessary information, we’ll provide you with an estimate and schedule the work.

**How do you handle rental turnover services?**

We understand the urgency of getting a property ready for the next tenant. When you contact us for rental turnover services, we’ll ask about the property location, whether it’s a single or multiple units, and your target move-in date. We'll also ask for a punch-list of tasks and possibly photos or videos of the property. We can combine our resurfacing services with the punch-list work to reduce downtime.

**What is your service area?**

We are based in Lithonia, GA and serve the Metro Atlanta area. If your property is outside of this area, we can discuss whether we can accommodate your needs. Please provide your ZIP code when you contact us so we can confirm.
