We offer codependency recovery coaching services, giving the proper tools to help you have healthier relationships. Through my coaching practice and my podcast, The Co-Dependent Me Podcast, I talk about my journey and offer tips to guide you to have stronger boundaries, reparenting skills, self worth, etc. We have a facebook group with over 900 members, and we also offer workshops to the public about healthy relationships, Reparenting, knowing your triggers, Boundaries, and codependent slips.
