**What is the Axis Assessment and what does it include?**

The Axis Assessment is our primary entry point for clients. It is a 60-minute private virtual session that combines comprehensive movement analysis with Sportsbox AI 3D swing technology. With this assessment, we identify your physical restrictions and how they connect to your swing faults. **What are the different programs offered by Conscious Strong®?**

Apart from the Axis Assessment, Conscious Strong® offers two main coaching programs. The Executive Mobility Method is a structured coaching pathway that includes a SwingAxis™ Pro board. We also offer the SwingAxis™ Pro Training System, a proprietary wall-mounted movement training system built around six golf-specific training zones. The program recommended to you will depend on your goals, available time, and desired level of support.
