**What services does Core Health Concepts LLC provide?**

We specialize in preventive-health innovation, offering comprehensive root-cause health testing that goes beyond standard biometric/blood panels. Our services also include plain-language education on lifestyle, nutrition, and behavior change, as well as physician-informed insights. Our mission is to lower avoidable health costs and improve employee well-being through deeper testing, better data, and accessible health education.

**Who are your primary clients?**

Our primary clients are benefits leaders, HR/People teams, CFOs/COOs, brokers/TPAs for self-insured groups (1,000+ employees to mid-market). Later phases of our service will include schools, military, public sector, and underserved communities.

**What are the key offerings of Core Health Concepts LLC?**

We offer expanded biomarkers beyond standard panels, clear results with optional 1:1 consults, de-identified cohort dashboards, risk stratification insights, and targeted education tracks to support disease prevention and cost containment. Our program design includes pilot cohorts, phased rollouts, and integration with existing wellness/DM programs.

**What are your primary and secondary goals?**

Our primary goal is to encourage clients to schedule a Discovery Call, Request a Pilot/Proposal, Book an Employee Info Session, or Contact Us. Our secondary goals are to clarify group profile, decision timeline, success metrics, data/security needs, and pilot scope, and provide a concise, confidence-building plan.

**What are your payment policies and compliance measures?**

We offer various pricing options, including pilot, per-cohort, or PEPM options. Our operations are HIPAA-aligned, and we ensure de-identified employer reporting and employee consent. Our clinical scope is to provide testing, physician interpretation, and education; we do not diagnose, treat, or replace a personal clinician. Our scheduling and cancellation policies are transparent and disclosed up front.
