We offer a seller-financed pathway to homeownership. This involves pre-qualification, which is a process to understand if the buyer meets the typical starting requirements. Once pre-qualified, we guide the buyer through the purchase process.

**What does pre-qualification mean and what are the typical starting qualifications?**

Pre-qualification is an initial step where we collect intake information from the buyer to assess if they meet the typical starting requirements. These requirements generally include proof of income for 36 consecutive months, a down payment of around $3,000–$5,000, and the ability to handle a monthly payment range of around $700–$1,200. It's important to remember these are general ranges and do not guarantee approval.

**What does the $200 application fee cover and is it refundable?**

The application fee of $200 covers the cost of the pre-qualification process. If for any reason the buyer is not approved, this fee is fully refundable.

**How are payments handled during the home purchase process?**

Home purchase-related payments are handled through escrow/title. The buyer pays through escrow, and the title company disburses the payment to our company.
