Cruise Cush™ is a removable, padded pediatric gurney rail interface designed to cover hard, exposed side rails and create a more comfortable, child-friendly transport environment. Developed by a pediatric nurse and Certified Child Life Specialist, Cruise Cush installs over compatible gurney side rails without altering the equipment and can be removed for cleaning. Designed for hospitals, emergency departments, radiology, surgery, oncology, and other areas where children are transported on gurneys.
