Your custom crafted tiny home is complete, now it's time to get it to your property where we will also set it on concrete blocks, and make sure it is level. Included in the service is contracting a home mover to safely transport your tiny home to your property and coordinating with them on scheduling, permitting, and extras. If the delivery is within the state of Texas, we will personally assist in the delivery and bring the necessary materials to block and level the tiny home after delivery. The final price is based on distance beyond 100 miles with a $2,995 minimum price for deliveries within 100 miles. Any distance beyond 100 miles is calculated at $10/mile. Price may vary depending on the fuel costs at time of delivery. Additional charges may occur for difficult deliveries such as narrow, curvy roads, moderate to extreme uneven terrain on site, or tree/brush removal on site.
