This group class helps students build the leadership skills that make a real difference—in school, in friendships, and in future careers. Through fun activities, interactive discussions, and teamwork challenges, students learn how to communicate effectively, make confident decisions, and work well with diverse groups of people. We explore what great leadership looks like, how to handle stress and conflict, and how self-awareness can improve everyday relationships. Students practice real skills they can use right away: active listening, empathy, problem-solving, collaboration, and positive influence.

Receive a full PowerPoint presentation on Financial Readiness (Literacy), modifiable between 45 min and 90 min classes.  This material covers basic banking, budgeting, credit score and its impact, credit card risks, as well as starting early long term investing.  

In addition, you will receive:
1. Sample budget page handout
2. Handout showing impact of credit score on buying a car
3. Handout showing impact of small capital long term investing

These materials can be used in a classroom, or for online review in virtual meetings.
