FORWARD TO WORK is a structured, 9-week coaching program designed to stabilize your entry-level workforce during the critical first 90 days. We handle the "heavy lifting" of professional development and mindset shifts, allowing you to focus on operations while we ensure your new hires are prepared to succeed.To save you significant time and overhead, our curriculum is delivered entirely via Zoom. This "plug-in" format means you do not have to use your own staff, training facilities, or internal resources to teach foundational skills. We act as your outsourced "Success Department," providing the coaches and the platform to guide your team through the first three months.Our curriculum focuses on "Workforce Readiness" essentials by focusing on three universal rules: Showing Up, Staying Respectful, and Not Quitting on a Bad Day. By addressing the soft-skill friction that causes most early turnover, we provide a "success insurance" policy for your team
