I started my business to create an opportunity for Land owners that either needs a quicker sale and doesn’t want to go the traditional route of listing the lot . I also came across heirs that inherited a Lot but didn’t have the funds to keep up with taxes nor pay for probate to be rightfully transferred . In those scenarios they end up losing the lot due to back taxes , so we wanted to get in front of those land owners first to be able to assist with their probate so they could cash out .
