To book a consultation with us, you can text 'CONSULT' to 305-389-2938 along with your name, city/state, the room(s) you need help with, and your timeline. We'll respond within about an hour during our texting hours (9am–8pm). Alternatively, you can fill out the form on our contact page at https://www.dreadesignservices.com/contact.

**What does the consultation process entail for in-person and virtual consultations?**

For in-person consultations within approximately 2 hours of Boca Raton, Florida, the process begins with a text-first intake, followed by a free 10-minute phone call. If the client wishes to proceed, we conduct a $100 in-person consultation. The $100 is non-refundable if the client decides not to move forward, but it is deducted from the design fee if they book us for interior design work.

For virtual consultations, which are available for clients outside our in-person service area or by preference, there is a $50 non-refundable design consultation fee. After the consultation, we follow up with a proposal, an optional mood board (format based on client needs), and a shopping list.

**What are the hours and expected response times for text inquiries?**

Our texting hours are from 9:00am to 8:00pm (local time). During these hours, you can typically expect a response within 1 hour. If contacted outside these hours, we will acknowledge your text and set expectations for a response on the next day.
