**What is Driv Launchpad and what does it do?**

Driv Launchpad is a non-profit organization based in Atlanta, GA. We provide a clinically informed, community-supported bridge to independence for youth aged between 17 and 25 who are aging out of foster care or experiencing homelessness. Our approach replaces the “cliff” youth often face when leaving foster care with a practical bridge of housing-related resources, life skills coaching, and community support, aiming to prevent homelessness and incarceration as the default outcomes.

**What services does Driv Launchpad offer?**

We provide a range of services including the Welcome Home Youth Transition Project, which combines immediate essentials with coaching and community support. We offer Move-In Kits that include essential furnishings, perishables, and household items to help a young person stabilize in their first living situation. Our Emergency Grants program offers structured, controlled emergency support to prevent immediate crises. We also provide weekly coaching/mentoring focused on job readiness, communication, and financial education.

Driv Launchpad primarily serves youth aged between 17 and 25 who are aging out of foster care or are experiencing homelessness. We also engage with donors, corporate and community partners, and volunteers/mentors who wish to support our cause.

For partnerships, we are interested in support in terms of funding, in-kind donations, employment opportunities, housing connections, and event sponsorship.
