EightFold Farms DC LLC is Washington, DC’s first commercial urban mushroom farm, operating out of climate-controlled, solar-powered, off-grid grow units. We specialize in cultivating gourmet and functional mushrooms—including Lion’s Mane, Blue Oyster, Golden Oyster, Chestnut, Pink Oyster, and Shiitake mushrooms—which are distributed through our online store, local farmers markets, CSA memberships, restaurants, and regional food hubs.
